About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment in the north of Mallorca. The house has 2 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom each, offering space for up to 4 people. The location is ideal. It is right on the white sandy beach in Puerto de Alcudia. For pool lovers, a communal pool is available. Sun loungers available and plenty of lawn to sunbathe; and for children, there is a separate children's pool.
The apartment is bright and cosy, with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms are facing the sea and the beach!

The old town of Alcudia, with its points of interest such as the church and the ancient city wall and the weekly market, is just a 15-minute walk away. The seafront promenade for walking and going out is equally close to the nearby apartment. You will also find numerous bars and restaurants.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- 💡 Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.

El apartamento era muy bonito y limpio y con una vista al mar estupenda. La ubicación es ideal todo está muy tranquilo y en primera línea de playa. Fue maravilloso !

- nice living room area with american kitchen
- beautiful terrace
- big fridge
- good & silent air condition in all rooms
- key box to safely store keys
- good location
- some basici utensils were missing, even though they would be easy to provide (salt, sugar, oil, washing powder), we bought these amd left them for the next guests
- frying pan for eggs missing, the pan available was not suitable for making breakfast
- we wondered when the aircondition has been cleaned for the last time
- the apartment was clean when we arrived, but a cleaning and change of towels after 3 days would have been great,
