Had a leak in the bathroom, but as soon as reported was fixed the same day

We loved the location, and the views are stunning. We had a towel, and some complementary coffee and tea sachets left they were an unexpected nice touch.
The caravan was covered in dust and dog hairs all over the balcony from the previous occupants. There was a shelf hanging off the wall by the entrance and a broken handle on the bedside table.

Located I’m in an area of real beauty
Accommodation was dirty, doors didn’t close properly, rusted cooker, bird poo in several windows. Chewed dog toy on floor when we arrived. Smelled of dog. We like dogs but needs to be cleaned and deodorised. Shower was broken and just a trickle.
Spoke to the manager and no apology offered. Just that we should have told them sooner.
