House has nice location and garden. Good communication with the owner. Upon arrival the house was very dirty, had an awful smell and was very damp. There were spiders and webs everywhere, the place was dusty and everything was humid, including the beds and duvets. After complaining to the owner the caretaker, who doesn't speak English, came and left without addressing our complaints. The first 2 days we spent airing and cleaning the house. The house is also pretty old and lacking in maintenance. The fact that there is no Wifi or TV was less of an issue for us.
