Overall a pleasing stay once we managed to get in. The reception is closed on Sunday, this was not communicated during the booking process and a subsequent email went to my junk inbox meaning we hadn't contacted the hotel prior to us arriving menaning 3 hours of panicking before getting in. The pool was very good and the room was OK for what we needed although many cupboards and curtains are in poor condition and in need of replacement.

We were pleased with our apartment , clean and comfortable. Good faciiities , ample parking . Good clear instructions for booking in as reception was closed . Wish we had brought our swimming attire, pool looked really inviting. Will definetly use this property again .

A nice location and a small but functional apartment. The pool was lovely and the fellow residents (mostly french) we’re friendly and welcoming. The flooring outside the pool was a bit worn and you needed shoes to avoid splinters but other than that a good stay.

We've been spending Easter at Pierre & Vacances at Le Touquet for several years now. It's good value for money but you need to understand everything is very basic and service is almost non-existent, and this is by design not fault. If you're happy with that, you'll be happy staying there.

There is little to no help from reception so dont rely on them as even if Ill ask for help they dont go out of their way -when I asked for help with taxi - they just gave me a telephone number With no bar or food area you need to stock up on everything although there is washing up liquid and a sponge Kitchen has what you need. Towels available for rooms but tiny Lifts old and slow Swimming pool probably the best thing But absolutly fine if you dont want to spend much time in the room and you stock your fridge

My mattress was soaked in urine!!! Reception was shut even when it was due to be open and when I finally spoke to the receptionist she told me she didn’t speak much English (although they advertise their staff are bilingual) so I showed her the mattress. She didn’t even apologise she just called the cleaners who said ‘change’ several times so I assume they were going to change it after I check out. I have since emailed my complaint in both English and French with photos as proof and haven’t had a response or apology (apart from an automated email, so I know they have received it). The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have stayed in several third world countries including India, Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand and never have I found myself sleeping on such a disgusting mattress!

A pleasant overnight stay in a very small apartment. A different concept where you have to make your own beds and clean the kitchen before you leave. The bed was very comfortable but took up the whole bedroom.

We spent a few days here realxing after a trip to Disney! Simple basic accomodation, with seperate bunk room for the kids, bathroom and shower room with WC. No oven but microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer in Kitchen with cultlery and crockery provided. Spacious room with balcony, as we were on the ground floor it lead out to the gardens and overlooked the indoor pool which is where the kids spent all there time, when not playing in the playground or gardens! Short distance form supermarket and the amazing beaches and restaurants of Le Touquet. Its not the ritz but has all you will need for a great family base with good amenaties to enjopy yoru holiday.

Booked this for an overnight stay in between driving to Carnac. Good apartment for a family on a longer stay as the room is well equipped and the location is lovely. Overall the hotel and apartment themselves need a lick of paint though; a bit scruffy.

It was quite a nice apartment in nice surrounds, although the gun club nearby did a make a lot of noise during the day and in the middle of the night ! I only book Hotels or apartments that have swimming pools. However, the pool was cold and therefore not really acceptable for the cost. I have stayed in a Pierre & Vacances Résidence, previously and the pool was cold there as well. My children moaned about it, I wouldn't even go in as I like a pool that is really warm.

Although the room had been renovated recently there was still a lot of renovation needed to the apartments, particularly sound proofing for upstairs, we could hear a lot of noise from upstairs until 1am! The decking around the pool was in a poor state! There was no shops to get essentials without driving to town! We arrive late Sunday luckily had picked some food up on the way!

Excellent value and large apartment in an ideal location for exploring Le Touquet. The facilities in the room were good and it was well equipped but some of the decor was a little dated and the carpets in the corridor outside stained. I would be happy to stay here again but some updating would be helpful.

Its a good cost effective option for an expensive area. The pool area is perfect for family, not much else to do at the complex, no bar or restaurant. It's a great base and close enough to everything.

The welcome was effcient, room was clean but carpet and decoration has seen better days. Poll was clean and well maintained although not as warm stated. The reception is only manned at certain times and the bar is no more than a large room with some tables in although there is an area that might be setup to serve drinks during the summer. It should also be noted that it's is queit a long way into the centre of Le Touquet. Our 2 boys had a great time in the pool and playing in the grounds, there are some very nice restrants in town (best to book the popular ones) and the area is very nice. We'll be going back.

The hotel was nice in a lovely location. Set amoungst a tree lined area with pretty houses/cottages dotted around. Very clean place that we will certainly go back to. The hotel was nice the only downside I would say would be the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved! Would recommend to others.

We found this hotel to be a pleasing surprise. it is tucked away in the woodlands in a lovely area that was close enough to the town by foot or car, although far enough for relaxation. The facilities were great and the kitchens were well equipped. Overall we were extremely pleased and will be returning here with our family soon.

Well equipped kitchen, including dish washer. Nice basic pool and children's playground in the grounds and a slightly larger one next to the adjacent camp site. Good location - just outside the town but within walking distance. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the town centre, though not cheap.
