l'emplacement, au coeur du village, en rez de chaussée. Parking réservé appréciable. Le propriétaire qui essaie de compenser les désagréments de la fuite. Une concièrgerie plutöt réactive.
Les équipements: absence de serpières, de torchons. La fuite au plafond d'une des chambre. Des ouvriers ont dü intervenir mais n'ont ni ramasser ni nettoyer le sol
