About this villa rental

The layout consists of a spacious living room, an open kitchen and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a bathroom cabinet with a wash basin and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa, built on a private property of approx. 2000 m2, has a beautiful flowered tropical garden with a beautiful large swimming pool and lots of privacy. On the partly covered terrace you can relax under calmly colored umbrellas from comfortable loungers or the lounge set, relax and enjoy the truly magnificent view of the beach and Bali sea.
You rent the villa in its entirety, so it does not matter if you come with 2 or 8 people. There are no other guests. Our permanent staff (included in the rent) consists of two housekeepers (depending on the number of guests), a gardener and a security guard. The service of the employees is included in the price.
The housekeepers (pembantu's) will cook for you 6 days a week, keep the villa clean, make the beds and take care of your daily groceries. They can even do your laundry and ironing, even if it is for your own risk. The maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool is entrusted to our regular gardener. The security guard keeps an eye on things in the evening and at night, protects the guests and the villa and is, if necessary, a point of contact during those hours.
We make use of our Helpdesk located near the villa, which can offer you all the necessary support and service when needed. One of the members of the staff will visit you after your arrival and they can also provide transportation to and from the villa, from the airport or any other location in Bali. The Helpdesk also provides day-to-day transport on demand and can arrange tourist trips on its own.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are sufficiently present and included in the price. The villa has a fast fiber optic connection with free wireless internet.
All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioners. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds with mosquito net. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, also with mosquito net.
In the garden, near the beach is at the end of the terrace / swimming pool a so-called Balé Benong (rest house with thatched roof, a large mattress, cushions and around rollable lined bamboo wind and sunscreens). From this place you can enjoy a wonderful massage (Wellness at home), an unobstructed view over the beach, the Bali sea and regularly the activities of local fishermen with their characteristic boats.
After your arrival you will be offered a free welcome dinner, as well as a breakfast the next morning.
Smoking in the villa is not allowed. We would like to keep the villa smoke-free for guests who do not like it. But you can do that outside on the (covered) terrace.

Het contact met de eigenaren bij het zoeken naar een mooi verblijf in Lovina verliep zeer goed. Ze hadden goede tips voor ons en we zijn dan ook superblij dat we voor hun Villa Cerah hebben gekozen!
Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben wij gehad in deze prachtige villa! In het echt is het hier nóg mooier dan op de foto's. We voelden ons als een koninklijke familie.
We hebben ons ontzettend goed vermaakt, mede dankzij de geweldige staff met hun heerlijke kookkunsten en hun contacten in de buurt om de mooiste excursies te regelen.
Nog één dag genieten en dan verder naar ons volgende verblijf. Het is dat we nog verder gaan naar andere plaatsen, maar we hadden hier zó nog 2 weken kunnen verblijven!

We were a group of 2 couples who spent Christmas at Villa Cerah. From the initial contact with the villa owners we had a great feeling about how the rest of the trip would turn out. The booking process was very easy and we arrived at the villa with high expectations. Our expectations were met with awesome villa staff, a beautiful villa/gardens/pool and all the amenities we could ask for. The housekeepers Sani and Ulu were exceptional, they sure know how to cook! They made us beautiful breakfast, lunch and dinner as we requested. The villa is in a very quiet part of Bali, perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta or Seminyak! As the villa is in a quiet part further down from Lovina, be prepared to relax and enjoy the quiet. Lovina and other northern Bali attractions are a short drive away for those days you wish to do something active or seek a change of scenery. There was security on site and we felt very at home here. Villa Cerah was voor ons een fantastische ervaring. Alles wat de eigenaar beloofde heeft hij waargemaakt. De staf was enorm servicegericht. Onze welgemeende complimenten aan zowel de Eigenaar als het personeel. Wij zullen in de toekomst zeer zeker naar deze Onderkomen wederkeren. Chapeau.
