The North Bali Beach Villa is a beautiful 4BR / BR, 8 ps villa located directly at the Umeanyar Beach (local name: Kundalini Beach) in North Bali. Kundalini Beach is a serene corner of Bali's northern coast, just west of Lovina. If you're seeking a relaxed place with your partner, family or group or friends to enjoy each others' company and to rejuvenate your senses, then the North Bali Beach Villa is the ideal choice.

The Villa has four bedrooms that are located around the veranda and garden with glass doors that lead directly outdoors. The soothing ambiance is made homely. The elegant décor is luxurious and rich in a modern minimalist / Balinese designed interior. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms featuring natural Bali-green stone walls, a shower, and / or freestanding bathtub. The rooms are fully serviced with fresh linen and towel change.
If you are one that revels in more natural surroundings, then the verdant gardens at the North Bali Beach Villa are right up your alley. Primed and trimmed hedges, bushes or vibrant pink flowers, freshly-cut grass, and thickets or trees are only your initiation into this magical place. Nestled amid all this luxurious nature is the 50 sq.m. meter swimming pool flanked by a pool deck and gazebo. It is your villa swimming pool: no other guests.
The stone pool deck is lined with recliner chairs you can sunbathe on and even take a nap. All the while you spend outdoors, you can relax on the two Balinese bales (gazebos) that overlook the spectacular ocean and lush gardens. The sounds of waves on the sandy shores, the little breeze of wind coming from the ocean, and mounted peaks or nearby hills visible from the garden will lift your spirit tenfold.
The villas spacious shaded veranda comprises a beautifully-laden dining table with seating for all guests. The best part about the dining area has to be the gorgeous backdrop against which you can relish your meals, prepared by your private Villa chef. Watch as the sun sets over the horizon and enjoy views across the ocean and the East Java mountains contour right as you cherish the company of loved ones.
The traditional living area is meant for a soothing, calm, and serene time spent solely with your loved ones. Enjoy the quiet of the villa gardens and a special view while relaxing on plush sofas with stunning views of the verdant gardens. Decorated with traditional art and handicraft such as bamboo trays, wooden, teak window frames, jute lanterns and chandeliers, and especially indoor plants, the living area is rustic and exudes a super-hip as well as an old-world charm.
The North Bali Beach Villa has everything covered from security, laundry, garden / pool / beach maintenance, guest assistance, to housekeeping as part of your stay. The house chef Ilu will prepare decadent Indonesian and Mediterranean dishes and you can inform her a day in advance of your requests. You only have to bear the cost of groceries (approx. $ 8 / day) that are picked fresh from the market each morning. The local supervisor, Dini, is happy to help and assist with booking in-house massages, transportation such as a taxi or scooter, private half-day trips, etc. She’s available round the clock in case of emergencies.
Enjoy water activities such as snorkelling and swimming since the sea is shallow. The beautiful and calm location is perfect for tired travelers who wish to spend some time alone away from the bustling city crowds. Beautiful location out in the countryside, away from city hustle and bustle. Easy access to different destinations and waterfalls. Would definitely recommend if you want to experience true Bali living.

We absolutely loved Villa Ayu! Beautiful gardens, comfortable beds and we were extremely well looked after by Ilhu who cooked our delicious meals. The villa is away from the main road, but the local beach restaurants we tried (Bora Bora & Lovina Beach Club) had free pick up & drop off services as well as delivery which was lovely if we fancied a few sunset cocktails. The pool was absolutely beautiful, very warm with lovely views. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful two-week vacation in Bali at this beautiful villa. Rolf responded to all of our inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Everything was as described. The drivers who took us to and from the airport and on our sightseeing adventures always arrived on time and were very accommodating. Leong even acted as tour guide at many of the attractions. Iluh is a fantastic housekeeper/chef; her spring rolls are the best we've ever had! Dini helped us arrange all of our sightseeing and our transport back to the airport. She was very helpful with her suggestions. The villa is just gorgeous with its lush garden and amazing swimming pool. Everyone was friendly and kind. We really enjoyed afternoons reading in the peaceful little pagoda with the fan keeping us cool, walking on the beach, evening swims in the pool, the dolphin safari at sunrise, the temples, waterfall, and botanical gardens. The sunsets over the Bali Sea were absolutely breathtaking. We felt very spoiled after two weeks of having someone cook all of our meals, clean the villa, do our laundry, arrange all of our sightseeing, keep the garden perfectly manicured, and provide security. We always felt safe. No-one was intrusive, so we still had our privacy. It was a memorable vacation, and we will treasure those memories. Many thanks to Rolf and the entire staff for a very special Balinese vacation.

Fantastiskt bemötande, service och mat!! Enkelt och smidigt att boka massage & utflykter. Pool & trädgård fantastiskt vackert. Villan ligger helt isolerad och man måste verkligen gilla lugn & ro.
Dock känns villan mera sliten än vi förväntat oss. Myggnät, porslin, glas mm behöver förnyas. Inget boende heller för den småkrypsrädda. Mygg, flugor, spindlar, ödlor, malar etc. Faunan är rik på detta stället... stranden var skräpig och inte så inbjudande.
