The North Bali Beach Villa is a beautiful 4BR / BR, 8 ps villa located directly at the Umeanyar Beach (local name: Kundalini Beach) in North Bali. Kundalini Beach is a serene corner of Bali's northern coast, just west of Lovina. If you're seeking a relaxed place with your partner, family or group or friends to enjoy each others' company and to rejuvenate your senses, then the North Bali Beach Villa is the ideal choice.

The Villa has four bedrooms that are located around the veranda and garden with glass doors that lead directly outdoors. The soothing ambiance is made homely. The elegant décor is luxurious and rich in a modern minimalist / Balinese designed interior. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms featuring natural Bali-green stone walls, a shower, and / or freestanding bathtub. The rooms are fully serviced with fresh linen and towel change.
If you are one that revels in more natural surroundings, then the verdant gardens at the North Bali Beach Villa are right up your alley. Primed and trimmed hedges, bushes or vibrant pink flowers, freshly-cut grass, and thickets or trees are only your initiation into this magical place. Nestled amid all this luxurious nature is the 50 sq.m. meter swimming pool flanked by a pool deck and gazebo. It is your villa swimming pool: no other guests.
The stone pool deck is lined with recliner chairs you can sunbathe on and even take a nap. All the while you spend outdoors, you can relax on the two Balinese bales (gazebos) that overlook the spectacular ocean and lush gardens. The sounds of waves on the sandy shores, the little breeze of wind coming from the ocean, and mounted peaks or nearby hills visible from the garden will lift your spirit tenfold.
The villas spacious shaded veranda comprises a beautifully-laden dining table with seating for all guests. The best part about the dining area has to be the gorgeous backdrop against which you can relish your meals, prepared by your private Villa chef. Watch as the sun sets over the horizon and enjoy views across the ocean and the East Java mountains contour right as you cherish the company of loved ones.
The traditional living area is meant for a soothing, calm, and serene time spent solely with your loved ones. Enjoy the quiet of the villa gardens and a special view while relaxing on plush sofas with stunning views of the verdant gardens. Decorated with traditional art and handicraft such as bamboo trays, wooden, teak window frames, jute lanterns and chandeliers, and especially indoor plants, the living area is rustic and exudes a super-hip as well as an old-world charm.
The North Bali Beach Villa has everything covered from security, laundry, garden / pool / beach maintenance, guest assistance, to housekeeping as part of your stay. The house chef Ilu will prepare decadent Indonesian and Mediterranean dishes and you can inform her a day in advance of your requests. You only have to bear the cost of groceries (approx. $ 8 / day) that are picked fresh from the market each morning. The local supervisor, Dini, is happy to help and assist with booking in-house massages, transportation such as a taxi or scooter, private half-day trips, etc. She’s available round the clock in case of emergencies.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meals and pool time. The sunsets are stunning! The 3.5 hour drive on a curvy road is worth the it. Do some reading about the customs in Bali and the ability to get what you need. We found the Pepito store in Lovina had everything we wanted. Dini the. house manager was quick to respond to our questions with accurate answers. Iluh created the meals we asked for each day. Our driver Leung was so fun, he ate lunch with us in Lovina after a day of shopping. Massage therapists came to the house daily for wonderful treatments of massage. We looked for pool floaties in the nearby towns but didn't find anything until the last day. The pool is where we spent most of our time and an inflatable chair would have been perfect. Take one if you have the room in your luggage. Monek the Gardner kept the grounds clean and cut open coconuts for us to try the water inside. We walked to Bora Bora a few times & had great food, drink and conversation with the servers. The Pearl farm is a must! If ever an airport is created for the North side of the island, this place will be filled with tourists.

Had an amazing stay at Rolf's place! The on-site team is super friendly and supportive. The location of the villa is unreal, and worth the 3-hour drive from the main DPS airportOur favorite spots to hang out were the pool and the private cabbana overlooking the ocean. One day we booked a massage to come to us and it was amazing getting this done with the sound of the birds and ocean all around you!Its inside/outside, tropical living. You're away from large cities and touristy areas. Be prepared for wildlife and bugs/insects. If you are uncomfortable having a tiny lizard sneak its way inside or a milipede make its way into the bedroom floor, this might not be the place for you. Note the on-suite bathrooms are open air as well, so you might see a spider or a mosquito. It took us about a day or two to get used to it, but it didnt bother us after.The AC in the bedroom was a lifesaver in the March heat and the mosquito nets kept us well protected while sleeping. We had a few crazy thunderstorms which were so cool to experience / we felt super safe inside.Within the villa itself terrace, the cleanliness was fine. Everything was in good shape, but it felt lived in for sure. I consider this a private, well-loved family vacation home with an immaculate garden, amazing ocean views, and an on-site team that will take great care of you in a more remote area vs a luxery 5-star resort. It worked perfect for us, and we will definitely book again next time were in Bali.

The property is lovely. Spacious villa with a thatched roof, 2 separate Bales and a large swimming pool. However, it is the staff who really made our visit special. The house manager was friendly and was able to coordinate our transfers outings and in house massages with a minimum of effort. The cook was exceptional. We would go back just to have more of her food. Our driver was brilliant. Transported us with care and then went above and beyond when the flooding prevented us from reaching destination. Thank you everyone for a wonderful visit.

Fantastiskt bemötande, service och mat!! Enkelt och smidigt att boka massage & utflykter. Pool & trädgård fantastiskt vackert. Villan ligger helt isolerad och man måste verkligen gilla lugn & ro.
Dock känns villan mera sliten än vi förväntat oss. Myggnät, porslin, glas mm behöver förnyas. Inget boende heller för den småkrypsrädda. Mygg, flugor, spindlar, ödlor, malar etc. Faunan är rik på detta stället... stranden var skräpig och inte så inbjudande.
