Villa Jempiring is a newly built and very luxury villa located in the hills near Lovina, the tourist town of the North coast of Bali.
The villa is surrounded by green lush tropical vegetation and is built on 3 layers in the hills, creating a natural atmosphere with the surroundings. From all sides you have breathtaking views over the green hills, rice terraces and the sea.
In a straight line the villa is located only 1 km from the beach, by road reachable within 8 minutes drive. Lovina center with nice restaurants, bars and shops is also within easy reach in less than 8 minutes drive. Within walking distance of the villa you find the SingSing waterfalls, reachable via a hiking trail within 10 minutes. The area exudes peace and tranquillity; you will relax and enjoy the privacy and the beautiful views that are amazing.
Villa Jempiring is located on a private estate of 2600 m² and has a private entrance gate. The villa is surrounded by a tropical landscaped garden with fruit trees such as banana, mango, papaya and cashew nut trees and lots of tropical plants and flowers. And of course also the Jempiring flowers are blooming in the garden, they particularly smell in the evening.
Villa Jempiring is built with original Bali stones and nicely painted walls and ceilings and has a beautiful thatched roof, made of Balinese alang-alang grass. Everywhere natural materials are applied such as wood, granite and natural stone. The villa is tastefully furnished with beautiful Colonial furniture and breathes the real Balinese atmosphere.
The villa is spacious with various seating areas from which you can enjoy anytime of the day the magnificent view.
In the tropical garden you can hear the sound of the flowing water from the SingSing river and all the sounds of nature. From the pool deck you will enjoy the Balinese outdoor life, also in the evening when you have a drink at the bar with a fantastic view over the beautifully lit garden and swimming pool.
From the terrace on the first floor and the roof terrace on the second floor you have a wonderful panoramic view of the whole coastline, also in the evening with all the lights on the land and from the fisher boats at sea.
The swimming pool is very large (12 m x 5 m) and perfect to swim laps. The pool changes in depth from 1.30 m to 2.00 m depth. Around the pool there is a large terrace with extra wide and long sun beds (0.70 x 2.20 m). There is also an outdoor shower by the pool to freshen up. Under the roof you find a bar with refrigerator, kitchen and very nice sitting area, where you can enjoy a cool drink and relax during the daytime or evening.
The villa has 4 nicely decorated bedrooms, all with a ceiling fan and air conditioning for a pleasant temperature. Three bedrooms have a king size four-poster bed (of which two bedrooms have an extra long bed of 2.20 m) and the fourth bedroom has 2 single four-poster beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with double washbasins, shower and toilet and 1 bathroom has also a large bath.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the exception of 1 large bedroom that is located on the second floor. This bedroom has glass windows on three sides: if you wake up in the morning you immediately can enjoy the fantastic views!
On the first floor is a spacious kitchen and dining room with a large dining table for 10 people. The 4 glass sliding doors of the dining room can be opened completely, so you can have your meals in the open air. There is also a daybed on the terrace next to the dining room to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen appliances such as an American fridge, stove, microwave and a Dolce Gusto Coffee Maker. The villa has a separate TV room with a sitting area and Smart TV. If you are staying with 9 people we can place an extra bed in the TV room.
From the terraces of both sides of the villa large open stairs are leading to the 1st and 2nd floor. On the second floor is a beautiful roof terrace. Here you find a large bale benong, the ideal place to relax amidst thick cushions with a good book or enjoy the spectacular sunset!
The villa is equipped with all amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, such as free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hair dryer and two safe deposit boxes to store your valuables. There is also a child bed and high chair available for young children.
During your stay you will enjoy the service from a five star hotel: 6 days a week friendly and hospitable staff will be at your service. They take care of the cleaning, the laundry, the shopping and the preparing of delicious meals. 2 bedrooms have extra-long king size beds (2.20 m) and 2 bathrooms have an extra high shower, toilet and elevated sinks and also the bath is extra long (2.00 m).
At the terrace by the pool the sun beds are extra wide and long (0.65 x 2.20 m) and also the outdoor shower by the pool has an extra height of 2.50 m.

The in-villa team are the most helpful and friendly people. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The villa is immaculately cleaned daily. If I were to have one minor gripe it would be that there is a lack of comfortable seating.

Stunning property with views of the mountain side. Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble.
This is not the place to go if you want the hustle and bustle of Kuta. If you want a relaxing trip with natural sight seeing this is the place.
This home is a mansion, complete with an amazing cook driver and security.

We’re struggling for words to sum up our stay. It was perfection, nothing was an issue for Ana, Redy or Eric during our stay. The food was amazing, the villa was clean and they took us everywhere we wanted to go to make sure we experienced the true Balinese culture.
We had a friends big birthday and they did an amazing job of organising a traditional Balinese birthday.
We’d highly recommend staying here with Redy and co the villa was just beautiful.

First, the positives! The villa is very nice and is in a very pretty, isolated location on the side of a hill looking down a valley to the sea. The staff was terrific and couldn`t have done more to make us happy. The house was immaculate and well maintained. All our drivers and transportation were very good and competent.
Now the negatives. We had planned to stay for 3 weeks but unfortunately had to leave after a week because we were awakened every day at 4-5 am by loudspeakers broadcasting from the valley. A good nights sleep was not possible. This was repeated multiple times daily and was so loud it seemed the loudspeaker was right next to the house.
In addition, the owners apparantly built the house to accomodate very tall people so the sinks were all raised, as were the beds. My wife had to stand on a portable bench in order to wash her hands and face. The 3rd floor guest room,the largest, with the best views, was not usable by us as the temperature in the glass enclosed room could not be sufficiently reduced by the air conditioning, so we were forced to use a smaller room on the middle level.
Finally, Lovina is a great place to get away and "veg" out. The restaurants are not "haute cuisine" but are ok. The prices are low and the atmosphere is fine. Traffic, on the other hand, is AWFUL! The people are uniformly gracious and welcoming and are a delight to converse with. You can still see a bit of "old" Bali here.
