Comfortable homely stay close to amenities.

Lovely room, tastefully furnished. Comfy bed, good cupboards Friendly, super helpful host. Handy location in central Cervignano, close to train and bus. Nice breakfast. Beautiful roomy bathroom.

Beyond anyone's control, but the traffic outside was quite loud. Fixed by closing the double glazed windows and switching on the aircon.

Exceptional

Elena was very accomodating and reacted super nicely in advance to our questions concerning check in and breakfast. The appartment was very homey and well-equipped. We'll keep best memories from our stay there.

Nice and central

The room had a nice design, it was clean and air-conditioned. There was also a kitchenette and a balcony. I only stayed for one night to proceed to Aquileia, so it was very convenient for me that the house is a few minutes on foot from the bus station. A supermarket is nearby, too. The host was nice and flexible: she could accommodate me sooner that I had indicated.

There is only a shared bathroom, but I am not complaining, because I was the only guest, so I had it for myself anyway :-)

Superb

This pension is in an ideal position if you want to explore the area around it, especially the archeological site of Aquileia. It is clean and in close proximity you can find everything you need, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc. Very happy with my choice.

A nice place to stay

The owner was really nice even though we arrived with a lot of stuff and a baby we didnt indicate in the booking. Clenliness of the appartment is way above standards even though two cats are present. The apparment is well kept and neat. We could adjust the room as per our needs without any issues.

At first is wasnt clear to us what equipment in the appartment we could and couldnt use (we clarified later though). The breakfast may be improved a little (maybe boiled eggs ?)

Camera molto pulita e bagno ampio e moderno. Era fuori dalla camera ma riservato solo a noi. Colazione deliziosa con brioche di qualità, alla crema.

Diciamo che avrei gradito anche qualcosa in più oltre alla brioche, come un po' di pane con burro e marmellata.

Das alte Hochrad, schöne Antiquitäten, sehr gutes Frühstück, super nette Gastgeberin, toller Balkon mit Blick in grosse Bäume vom privaten Park. Sehr gutes Bett mit guter Madratze. Eigene Toilette separat, Dusche im Zimmer. Gutes sicheres Abstellen der Fahrräder.

Gut gefallen hat uns die kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Sehr praktisch war auch der vorhandene Wäscheständer, so dass wir unsere von Hand gewaschenen Velokleider draussen trocknen lassen konnten. Grosszügiger Raum, grosse Dusche, nichts defekt. Alles picobello!

I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili, la struttura é molto curata e confortevole. Inoltre é in una posizione ottima per raggiungere l'autostazione con gli autobus per Aquileia, Palmanova e Grado.

Più che un b&b sembra di essere a casa propria. La pulizia e l' attenzione ai dettagli accomunati alla accoglienza della proprietaria rendono il soggiorno decisamente gradevole

Ez egy lakás, aminek a szobáit adják ki. Nem teljesen erre számítottam a képek alapján.

Nagyon tiszta, a szoba frissen felújított, nagyon új, a szoba belül kényelmes, IKEA berendezéssel.

Saját fürdőszoba= a szobában van zuhanyzó+mosdókagyló, wc nem nyílik a szobából, ez a leírásból nem derült ki! A wc-hez ki kell menni a közös folyosóra, onnan nyílik. Reggeli nem választható (1 brioche, 1 natúr joghurt+müzli, kávé, tea, gyümölcslé)
