If you are smoker it is OK

All rooms were like smokers rooms. We came there with kid and we were searching for other hotel (but all the others were booked). So we had to stay

Samo lokacija, blizina autoputa.

Soba je prostrana toliko da sam imao oseecaj da sobu delimo sa gostima iz sobe pored nas. Njihov glasni govor se cuo kao da smonu istoj sobi. Kada neko prodje pored ulaznih vrata, njih kao da nema. Kupatilo je potrebno stompre renovirati.

Quiet place and a lot of space. The room itself with big balcony but anyway a look of space around the place including a little playground.

the place looks like just coming back from a financial crash, some of the facility are not in use. It might look and offer much more i.e., it has a greater potential.

1 night stay on a longer trip from Liguria

Ideal location close to the highway to stay for 1 night on a longer trip. We could visit nearby sights easily like Palmanova, Aquilea, or Grado with its 4-5 km long beaches. The rooms and the hotel are not by the latest design ( air conditioner was suffering a bit) but the accomodation is generally clean. We liked the included buffet breakfast very much. It is somewhere between the 3 and 4 star offering. (Cheese, sausage, omlet, 4-5 cakes croissants, muesli, coffee and exceptionally good quality fruit drinks)

Shower water was boiling hot. The breakfast was varied and filling, we had it in the first half.

Some of the furniture pieces had seen better days, but functional. Room walls were stained by insects being killed. Overall the place looks a bit gloomy and old.

The bed have only a sheet and covered up there was no blanket or sleep bedding so we have to cover us with the cover of the bed who obviously wasn’t washed after every guest. Check in made by a man who was serious and cold. ( not welcome at all)

The ratings were quite low, but ww actually found the hotel good value and would give it higher ratings. Received nice welcome, very nice breakfast wifh huge variety.

The building is showing signs of age, but will be a hugely expensive refurbishment. Sat nav on google maps took us to a strange building 1 km away, and arriving late at night, it proved a problem.

Bad choice

The hotel and room was well cleaned

Far away from town. I couldn't believe the recepcionist couldn't even speak in Italian!!! and they couldn't manage to call a taxi o make a good recommendation, they told me taxi costs 10€ to city center but finally it was 20!!! No 24h reception. Last day (on Sunday) I had to go out the room to please the clean ladys to lower their voices as they were laughting and talking loud. I'd never come back.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. It has also a balcony. The water at the shower was nice and hot! The breakfast is fantastic!

The dog in the next room was barking loud and it was scarring my daughter on the floor... But I guess we just had no luck with the neighbours..
