About this house rental
The sense of space is immediately evident, being the main door leading to a large reception room, which has a sharp ceiling of polished wood and exposing elegant furniture that sets the tone of the refined style that is repeated throughout the property.
Doors and arches delineate each side of this room to allow easy access to the suites and living areas that occupy this floor while an attractive staircase carved from the same luxuriously colorful wood, as the ceiling leads the way to the first floor . Here, the bedrooms on the top floor are located next to an additional seating area, which allows access to the roof terrace where stunning panoramic views of the charming pastoral surroundings can be fully appreciated.
Also positioned to take full advantage of the magnificent view is the pool, placed on an extensive terrace that incorporates a covered barbecue area that is also conveniently accessible to, from the kitchen and dining room. From this area, bathers, sunbathers and barbecue chefs, will be able to contemplate the splendor of the valley, typical of a postcard, where palm trees offer bright touches of green color between the grouped houses painted white and slopes, slightly slopes covered with cacti and tropical plants rise beyond.
A picturesque car ride of about 8km through this attractive landscape will lead you to the town of Teguise, known for its outstanding atmosphere, the old capital of the island and an elegant center that houses noble buildings and beautiful churches among a maze of ancient streets. Many services and some excellent restaurants can be found in this town, as well as the colorful Sunday morning market.
Or if you prefer, you could take a north course from the house about 9km to discover the pleasant town of Haría, known by the islanders as “The Valley of a Thousand Palm Trees”, thanks to the abundance of palm trees intermingled with their floral ornament houses .

The villa was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful time. My only complaint was that the pool was absolutely filthy upon our arrival, with algae build-up around it. When we requested it be cleaned, we were told to wait four days until its designated cleaning day, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool at the start of our holiday. Additionally, the villa requires you to rent a car, which would have been useful information on the listing, as taxis were far too expensive for trips to town. However, buses were cheap. The property also needs information for visitors on where to put the rubbish bags. The games room is a fantastic feature of the property, and we never ran out of things to do. We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful villa that captures the essence of Lanzarote and the Canary Islands in its layout, materials and setting. Perched high on a hilltop in Los Valles very near Teguise, the climatized pool and outdoor dining area afford beautiful views of the topography in the area all the way down to Costa Teguise and the sea. The well-equipped kitchen has a large, American style refrigerator, oven, flat-top range and all necessary accoutrements. The basement has a sauna, some gym equipment, billiards and ping pong. A mirror at the end of the drive could help with merging out into traffic as the view is slightly limited. Host was responsive with inquiries, but the whereabouts of the pool skimmer remained a mystery. Excellent experience that left our family and friends (attending our wedding banquet) with magical memories.

We were a group of family and friends. The villa is big and very spacious. The pool was fantastic. Communication from the villa manager was very good, any questions were answered quickly.

needs some attention and some investment. Villa is great , perfect position if you want a quiet break, as it is in a quiet area, which suited us. Beds were great with memory foam mattresses, pool beds were very good and the patio is enormous, kids will have great time with pool table, table tennis & Fuzball.
