I'd say the most positive aspect of this place is the size of the appartment. The kitchen seemed to be well equiped but we didn't use any of it.
The 2 extra mattresses provided for our kids were extremelly thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were also very slim, but we asked for extras and they brought them to us. The bathroom was spacious but the shower pressure very weak. Additionally, if you are 4 people you won't all have hot water...we flagged with reception and were told - you must wait around 30 minutes after each shower for the water to heat again as the boiler has a small capacity...it's the way it is. We didn't eat on the premisses as the restaurant was closed. The pools were rather small and didn't look appealing to us with all the enclosures. the surroundings of the hotel were peaceful and quiet at this time of year. The few restaurants we saw in the vicinity seemed to cater for people happy with drinks and "international" food, nothing too authentic, so not really appealing to us. We preferred Puerto del Carmen, more lively and more offer there.
