Apartamentos LIVVO Las Gaviotas

The location was right on the sea front and very close, maybe too close, to the Commercial centre. Everything was in touching distance

The apartment itself was very old styled. Looks like it wasn't done up in 30 years. There was a slight opening at the bottom of the door which allowed access to ants. The noise from the commercial centre is a lot and noise comes from 9am to 3am in the morning. I understand that this is due to businesses but if the apartment got upgraded they could cut out some of the noise . The air-conditioning is good but doesn't really have any effect on the rear bedroom. Would stay in Las Gaviotas again but would rather be a bit further away from the commercial centre. In the newer complex.

The property big had air con tv all the cooking things you need very clean the cleaning staff very charming great at keep the property very clean.

I am afraid I am going to disappoint you there was nothing I dident liked about the acomadation .

The location of the apartment that we had was fabulous close to the beach and the commercial centre. Nice and quiet too

If I had one fault it would be how they differentiate between a standard apartment and a superior apartment. We have stayed in both and the facilities are the same as far as I could see in both. So I assume its the location that makes it superior and therefore reflects in the price. This time we were in the Superior Apt in Block 2 and I just can't see the difference other than the location. The last we stayed was in the Standard Apt and it was Block 7 so a good bit back from the seafront.

Was a nice little apartment, comfy bed quite hard but I like that.

A bit dated in living/kitchen area. Ants roaming the place, had to move bed away from the wall to stop them getting on the bed.
