Beachfront Casa La Malondra is a house very well located in Lanzarote. It is a bungalow newly renovated and well equipped with huge views to the ocean and to Matagorda beach. Accommodates up to 4 people and has great details. Your beach house in Puerto del Carmen.
The house is on the seafront and is a single storey house. Entrance through the same promenade, large terrace with sun beds, spacious lounge with satellite TV and modern well equipped kitchen and separate laundry area also for bicycle storage. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds and bathroom in the hallway with bathtub. In the living room it has a third bedroom for relaxation and reading with sea views.
Matagorda Beach, located in Puerto del Carmen, is one of the best tourist areas of Lanzarote. The beach comes into the house because of the proximity and Avenida de las Playas offers a high level of restaurants, supermarket just 50 meters away, and from Matagorda you can walk the east coast of Lanzarote towards Arrecife, walking or cycling, near the sea, a bike lane without traffic, enjoying the ride and stopping for tapas in one of the terrace sea view restaurants at Playa Honda.

The villa is fabulous, clean and has everything you need. The beach is literally on the door step and restaurants and shops within one minute walk. Ana, Monika and Bettina were wonderful as per all the stays we have booked with them.

Stayed in June at Casa La Malondra no complaints because as always its just perfect. Monica is great and very efficient Going bk to lanzarote in September but sadly not staying at Casa La Malondra as it was booked out but we'll be bk next year!!!

Casa La Malondra is absolutely fabulous. To sit and enjoy the first cup of coffee of the day listening to waves is only beautiful. The Casa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spotlessly clean. Near bars. Restaurants and shops. Staff are so efficient. Text with any queries and they are straight back to you. We have stayed in Casa La Malondra on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed. We will be staying again. We had a wonderful time.
I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

The villa was fabulous and had everything needed for a wonderful holiday. It is literally ten steps to the beach. Bettina and Monica were lovely hosts as usual and the welcome goodies much appreciated. We miss the beach now we are home!
