Location and privacy plus comfort and clean/new condition of the villa.
Pool very cold even in May, which is a shame as don’t get to enjoy the pool as much as you would like. Did also stay there last Feb and found the pool icy !

Everything was very good. Private pool. Washing machine. 2 bathrooms. 2 showers.3 bedrooms.Free wifi. Full kitchen. We were in a number 2 apartment. Clear directions to get in.
Taxis can be ordered at the hotel just across the street.
Beach 5 minutes walk.
While there are many pubs and supermarkets close by , you need to walk about 3km to a main busy area, as there are so many more things to do. A taxi ride is very good value.

Close to beach . Very clean and spacious .
It is located beside a junction and alot of traffic stopping and starting .
