VILLA VIVIENNE by JK Lanzarote

This is the best villa we have stayed at after years of staying in villas. The villa is very clean, the bedrooms were the perfect size. Kristy is an amazing host. We had an issue with the door not locking, I sent her a message and she replied within 20 minutes, and maintenance were out within four hours to look at the issue. The pool was a perfect size for three people, plenty of space around the pool to sit down too. Perfect location for the strip, just a five minute walk and you're on the main road.

Even after maintenance came and removed the bent bracket that was stopping the door from locking, it was still really hard to lock.

Great location walking distance to beach,bars & shops. Lidl close by. We had a problem with WiFi,but host sorted day after arrival.

Double bed needs comfortable mattress. Not suitable for children as kitchen upstairs & dining balcony got no safety bars,children could climb & fall over Bbq would be better outside,as too low down on balcony..

The front door lock, struggle to open door on occasions

Great location, lovely heated pool and indoor terrace, very spacious and all the facilities that we required. Closetobeach,spar and main centre byt very quiet once back inside the property. Outdoor pool area very well kept.

Some slight drainage issues in pool area as tiles slopedtowards the front door rather than the drain
