L'endroit magnifique, tranquillité, fraîcheur, propreté de l'extérieur très bien entretenu, la piscine très propre et nettoyée tous les jours, place pour barbecue, terrains de jeux......La gentillesse des locataires, incroyable, difficile de se séparé d'eux, avec apéro le jour avant de partir, des personnes à l'écoute et très sympathique....

The view is amazing and peaceful environment
Well they are really lack of basic items.as my opinion we are middle of nowhere the villa need to provide the guest very basic items some shower stuff a little bit of household items to be more comfortable for guests

Nice localization in the middle of Tuscany hills. Good equipment in the apartment, good place if You want to visit Cortona and some other places in Tuscany or Umbria, however it is very bad place for stationary vacation. Good restaurant
During the week it is a very calm place, however in the weekends starts to work the restaurant and until 1-2 pm there is a noise and music. Very uncomfortable chairs in the tarrace. The pool is terrible - located on the other side of the road (this is not very big problem, beacause there is usually very small traffic), however the pool is small, dirty and full of insects inside. If during the holidays the pool is important for You - this isn't place for You.
