About this house rental
We are Sound front, 4 bedroom 2 bath upper unit with shared gazebo, pier & your own boat slip. Well equipped kitchen with eating nook with a great view of Banks Channel along with a separate dining room. Enjoy cruising
Banks Channel, fishing, crabbing or just relaxing in the gazebo watching the sunset! The spacious lawn area is perfect for a game of croquet, or an evening picnic. Built in 1913 our home retains its old Wrightsville Beach charm but has been updated with modern conveniences. Sit back & rock away on the front porch facing S. Lumina- just across the narrow , quiet street from a beach access. No smoking or pets. 21 ft boat slip. Because of most families vacation schedules bookings during the summer months are Saturday to Saturday, 7 night min in summer & 3 night min mid September thru middle of May. Holiday schedules may differ. Most of our guest say we are in the perfect location. Steps away from the sound & ocean plus a short walk to downtown Wrightsville .

Rick was extremely friendly and accomadating. He met us at the property for our check in and gave us a brief history of his house that was built in 1914. The house was simple, comfortable and the perfect location.

This was truly a gem of a beach cottage. The cottage was clean and cozy. We had the pleasure of meeting Rick the Property owner, he was a true gentleman. He is very responsive if you have any issue during your stay. The location to us was wonderful. Walk to the beach on a nice beach path located on vacant lot in front of the house. Beautiful lawn area to sit and enjoy the views of the sound and the boats passing by. Very short walk to the Oceanic pier and restaurant. There is also a coffee and surf shop. Not too far of a walk to down town Wrightsville. We definitely plan on staying at this property in the future!

The owners were very responsive from the time we booked. This is a very nice house and we had a great time. The location gives easy access to enjoy sunsets each night. We loved it here.
