Enjoy great ocean views and breezes from the multiple decks in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront townhouse located in the desirable southern part of Wrightsville Beach!
Take a short stroll along the water’s edge to the Oceanic Restaurant for lunch or dinner and enjoy optional outdoor seating on the Crystal Pier. Watch the surfers from the pier above, and stop by the coffee shop across the street for your morning cup of joe.
The living/dining/kitchen opens to a deck with stairs leading directly to the beach pathway! One bedroom and bath are also on this level. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Outside Shower. Off-street parking for 3 cars. Occupancy: 10. No Smoking. No Pets. Fireplace use is not permitted.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

This property is in a great location when it comes to beach access, restaurants, and a great coffee shop. All the information online was completely accurate. If there is any suggestion I could give you is to get living room furniture that is more comfortable. Thanks

Our kids and grandkids joined us, several surf so could not beat the location and convenience! View out of upstairs master room was spectacular! Drawbacks of the house are the blinds at both up and down front sliding glass windows do not work well at all/ get stuck etc. These are on the main windows looking out to the ocean. It’s a bit older house but we were happy with everything else, lots of fun was had w the kids etc!!!

Probably shouldn't have used that heading, especially if I sign up for next year's race but this place is absolutely perfect. It was my wife and I (both racing too) and our daughter (Sherpa) but can easily accommodate more very comfortably. Plenty of storage for the bikes and the best part about this place, it's in between the two parking lots they use to stage the swim, not sure you could find a better location. The place itself has a beautiful view of the ocean and pier. Not extremely fancy like you might expect at ocean front but hey, you're there for a different reason. Outdoor shower and hose to clean things off (bike/wetsuit) after the race too.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This house is exactly as represented in the photos. It's an older house within steps of the beach. It has everything you need and again, you can't beat the location.
