Sunset Marsh was renovated in Spring 2019 and is a beautiful 1800 sq ft. custom-built duplex (lower unit) just 7 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. A short walk to local restaurants, shopping, local grocery and churches. Perfect for multi-generational groups, families with children, or anyone looking to relax to one of the best views in the southeast!

Located on a secluded cul-de-sac in a family neighborhood with almost no through traffic. Situated on pristine tidal waters, this home affords privacy, while being located close to the action. Featuring large master bedroom, oversized walk-in shower, and French doors that open to the secluded deck. Enjoy spending time with family and friends viewing the most beautiful sunsets Wrightsville Beach has to offer. The view offers the unique opportunity to watch the abundant wildlife including Great Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets, Pelicans and many more.

All reservations include a linen package at no additional cost. The linen package includes all bedding, personal towel sets for each guest, beach towels, bathmats, and a kitchen towel set.

Entertainment - Highspeed Wi-Fi at Sunset Marsh. There is a TV in the living room, and 3 of the bedrooms. The TVs are either smart TVs or come with a Roku device and are pre-loaded with streaming apps and internet Television stations. Several are also equipped with TV antennae for access to local channels and sports. All have spare HDMI and USB ports for connecting other devices you may want to bring from home.

In addition to our full linen package, we provide all rentals with starter rolls of toilet paper, a liquid hand soap dispenser at each sink, 3 dishwasher cleaning tabs, and trash bags in each can. Sunset Marsh has a vacuum, Swiffer mop, a bottle of multi-purpose cleaning spray, glass cleaner, and a set of cleaning rags (you are not required to clean, but these items are there if you do need them).

Property requires seven-night stay during peak season, Saturday to Saturday. If still available less than 1 week out, dates may be reserved for stays shorter than 1 week (usually 3/4 night minimum). Pets accepted with $100 fee.

Hurricane Policy - At no additional cost to you, all reservations include our Hurricane Protection Plan. If your property is subject to a mandatory evacuation order for any reason, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused nights that the order is in effect.
