About this house rental
Darling townhouse, beautifully decorated and close to the beach and everything that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Your vacation rental (we do not rent long term) is just steps away from the beach access. It is also located one block from the sound, providing excellent views of sparkling Banks Channel from both inside your spacious living space and the two large balconies. The property is in pristine condition. It is walking distance to the island grocery, coffee shop, surf shop, restaurants, bars and fishing pier. Bikes and paddle boards can be rented near by. There is both driveway and garage parking for 5 cars. Dining for eight either inside or outside on the deck which has a retractable awning. Grilling area downstairs has its own dining and sitting area. Convenient enclosed outside shower. Comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, a variety of beach toys, coolers, and a wagon to easily pull it all to the beach.
We welcome weekly rentals only from May 15 through September 15. There is a 3 night minimum from September 15 through May 15. We do not rent long term!

The hostess was nice and communicated with us easily and even stopped by to say hi. The condo was very nice and clean and steps from the ocean. Everyone had a great time.

This place is an absolute gem! So close to the beach, clean, great views, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. We cannot wait to be back - this place is amazing and so family friendly.

Great townhouse in the perfect walking location to beach, restaurants and shops! Quick and great communication from our host and everything was clean, tidy and well stocked. Looking forward to visiting again!
