This large, furnished, air-conditioned studio with communal pool is situated in the most prestigious residential area of Cap d'Ail, just above the sea front. The flat has a beautiful sea view with a south-facing terrace and private garden. It is located in a very quiet, exclusive, gated residence filled with an abundance of exotic Mediterranean trees and vegetation.
With a quality double-bed, the flat offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people, and has a fully-fitted separate kitchen, a bathroom with bath, shower & WC, and a private parking-space within the compound.
The sea front and beaches (with the coastal path to Monaco, watersports centres and stylish restaurants) are a few steps away. The town of Cap d'Ail is within a few minutes’ walk, where there are shops, restaurants, the tourist office and other amenities (such as bus stops, bakeries, supermarkets, post office, ATM…).
The flat is easily accessed by car, bus or train, and there are good connections to Nice International Airport.
The price includes linen, towels, parking, Wi-Fi/cable internet access and telephone calls to non-premium land-lines in more than 100 countries (see below). French & UK TV available.
Suitable for people who enjoy and respect a very quiet and tranquil environment. The residence tries to maintain good security, high standards of behaviour and tranquillity. Holiday-makers can, therefore, occasionally be asked who they are during their stay.
