Private Apartments at Jayakarta Residence

Spacious convenient location resort staff are nice the grounds are nice

The furniture needs an up grade not really family friendly or comfortable. The fridge needs to be larger The resort doesn’t let you take cases of water in they confiscate it. The pools close way too early. The cleaners need to wait to be invited in not just knock and walk in.

We have travelled to Bali many times and just love how centrally located the Jayakarta hotel is

The main bedroom bathroom had a very septic smell, to the point we just didn’t open that door and use it as it was so unpleasant

Great location close to beach and main street for shopping ect . Friendly staff clean and mostly comfortable

The noise at night from local bars across the street competing with each other until late hours was a bit annoying, also it was a bit of a walk down to the pools due to being right at the front just off the street. But it was fine. We had the sofa bed made up for one of the kids however there was no curtains on the window so although its frosted the bright light shining through from outside kept them awake . Also the verandah railing is quite low i was out with my 6 yr old and he managed to fling his leg over it while i had my back turned 🫣. Overall i would stay again though good value for money And kids loved it

The size of the apartment. The price.

There was a constant smell of faeces as we were on top of the sewage system. The pillows were enormous, no option for a smaller one. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken.
