Villa Nova

Nice peaceful location. The rooms were lovely and the staff very helpful.

Staff started cleaning villa before we had finished packing on check out day, at 9am. Felt a bit robbed of the last couple of hours.

Clean, quiet, well appointed with everything I feel you could possible need. We liked the location and friendly helpfully staff. I would totally recommend this Villa and would stay here again

Nothing we didn’t like. The shower floor tiles upstairs a bit slippery but I find that in a lot of places

The location was in walking distance to shops and the couches were very comfortable. Water pressure was good and actually hot.

No hair dryer provided. There was a bad smell near the out door day bed so we couldn’t use it. The location was terrible to get gojeks and food deliveries to as they couldn’t find it on the map and when we left we had to walk all the way to the busy road dragging luggage with us. The comforters on the bed didn’t have removable covers and no top sheet so I’m unsure when they were washed last. I found the villa manager friendly but a little pushy to leave a lot earlier than check out time. We initially wanted to leave at 12 as per the listing, he said he had a booking straight after us and wanted to come at 11.30 and start cleaning. Then we agreed to leave earlier at 11, the villa manager showed up at 9.30am and let himself into the gate and we felt very pressured to leave. I didn’t really feel like we were welcome in the villa due to the intrusions and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
