About this apartment rental
You can relax in a safe neighborhood on a quiet street about 5 minutes from downtown Hendersonville. Come to explore our beautiful mountains, lakes and waterfalls. No matter the season, there’s so much to see and do. You will love our charming, historic town with its unique shops and great restaurants.
The apartment is quiet and cozy. The queen-size bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The kitchen has new countertops and is fully equipped. You will have your own totally private patio area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the cardinals and hummingbirds in the rock garden. You will probably see our white squirrels and maybe some deer in the back yard. Enjoy a glass of wine by the firepit on the patio in the evening. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and you will appreciate the extra half-bath.
This non-smoking apartment is pet-free and fragrance-free for the benefit of those who have allergies. I operated a cleaning service and I personally give the apartment a thorough cleaning and disinfecting after each guest. I am very fussy about keeping it clean and tidy.

The apartment has a completely separate entrance for your privacy and since I live on site, if you need anything, you can just call, text or ring the bell. But don't worry - you won't hear us and we won't hear you. I'm in and out - quiet as a mouse . . .

Maria was the kindest, most thoughtful host and we loved staying at Villa Marino. The guest area was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need, including homemade cookies! The garden was impeccable and perfect for relaxing.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect, clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay in Hendersonville. Fresh apples and cookies awaited us as we entered. The kitchen area was spacious and well stocked. The 2 outdoor patio areas were green and private, right up against a lovely forest. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
