We loved the location. It's in a very nice neighborhood. The walking trail was a plus. It'll be really nice when it's completed.
The only thing we didn't like was the single ply toilet paper. You went top notch with everything in the house, go two ply!

Lots of traffic noise, but will soon also be right on the new paved trail! Cool! We got to meet Timthe owner and builder; what a super guy!!!!
