There was no breakfast that we were aware of.
The larger bedroom was perfect, in that it was large with an attached bathroom featuring space, good water pressure etc. The 2nd bedroom was small and the queen bed was built in to available wall space, making it tight for 2 adults. There was other couch space available making it acceptable since we were flexible, but it could be a challenge for people depending on their needs.
