Newly constructed loft studio centrally located to Hendersonville. Large modern space with kitchenette (microwave, mini frig, and Keurig), dining area, desk area, and sleeping area. A full bathroom completes the space. Unwind after a hectic day on the deck. Enjoy the private balcony for drinking your morning cup of coffee or sipping a glass of wine at sunset. Backyard is full of birds, rabbits, white squirrels, chipmunks, and an occasional deer.

This is a very comfortable studio that served well as an alternative to a hotel for our quick Thanksgiving visit. The kitchenette is pretty limited, but the listing is accurate and the space worked great for us. The hosts were also kind and flexible with us.

This rental is equipped pretty much like a hotel room but with more room and privacy. We'd expected a bit more of a kitchen. We'd hoped to make hot cereal in the morning but there were no bowls. The path to the rental's steps was across soggy grass. It seemed very new so perhaps a walkway of some sort will be coming. It would not be an issue in dryer weather. If we'd been staying more than one night, we'd have contacted the owners who live in the attached house and I'm sure they would have accommodated us with whatever we needed. It was quiet and felt safe. It was very convenient to downtown restaurants and attractions.

There were small things like no coffee pods, and it lacked comfortable seating despite the space.
The location was great for hospital staff on call.
