About this house rental
Set on a quiet street of early to mid-1900s vacation homes, this adorable 1948 Sylvan Town Cottage has been completely remodeled and offers luxury, convenience and tranquility. Uniquely, this particular street is so serene and relaxing, you'll forget just how close to town you are! Enjoy the gardens surrounding the home with various blooms for each season. Choose one of several routes to walk to putt-putt, downtown restaurants, several local breweries, the coffee shop, spa, shopping, and more.
-Split bedroom floor plan offers a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and en suite bath, as well as a sitting area for two.
-Two more bedrooms are positioned on the other side of the living area, one with a beautiful full-sized bed with pillow-top mattress and closest to the second bathroom, and the other with a full-sized futon, which is comfortable for relaxing and reading, TV viewing, or sleeping.
-2 Smart TVs with streaming channels (no cable) - Netflix, Prime, etc.

The home was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed for a week's stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was very quiet, which is always so nice to experience when you stay at a rented home. The garage was a great place to store our bikes. The streets are a little confusing, but once you've navigated them a couple of times it becomes easier. I appreciated the cleanliness of the home since I always try to treat a rental the same way I would treat my own home. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone needing a place to relax in Hendersonville.
