    We are happy choosing this hotel from very kind staff, free breakfast, value for money hotel and very close to Matsumoto Station (to Hakuba) and Alpico Bus Terminal (to Kamikochi) very convenient. We jog going to Matsumoto Castle around 10mins (17mins walk). Also, there is a grocery store beside Alpico bus terminal. I will still choose this hotel on our next visit coz we did not try the free Onsen of the hotel due to our hectic schedule. Highly recommended hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    The staff at this hotel are terrific—-very friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of most of Matsumoto’s major sights and I appreciated all of the amenities. While the room I had was small, it was a reasonable size for me as a solo traveler. The bathroom felt cramped but I got used to it after one day. I’m not sure how the room would work for two large people., but I would definitely stay here again if I’m traveling alone.

    Salute to the staffs for rechecking with me when I almost failed to arrive by the booking date. Turned out I booked with the wrong check-in date. The staffs kindly keep my luggage for another day until my arrival. The location was superb with complete amenities to choose from. Especially loved the pajamas and they even have S size!

    很晚才到松本 但是前台也非常温柔 暖气开的很足 房间大小也很合适 有桌椅可以办公 吃饭 早餐的欧姆蛋很美味
