Convenient, and has everything! This hotel feels like one that has collect all my recommendations from past hotel stays and put them to use. Have a washer but not enough hangers, checked. Enough hangers but no place to hang, area to hang the clothes. Near train station, checked. Free supper, checked. Onsen, checked.
Will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Matsumoto or other hotel in this chain.
Maybe the pillows a bit soft. But I don’t think it bothered me.

Really clean and comfortable stay. Conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and lots of food options close by. The onsen was a treat.

A bit small after prior luxurious hotel rooms that were apart of my tour!

I liked the facilities and location
It was poor value. We stayed at another nearby hotel which was both nicer and cheaper with a better location
