It’s a short walk from the Matsumoto train station and walking distance to many of the local sights. The location is central but not too busy. It had nice views of the mountains. There was even free ice cream or ramen in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.
There was only one day of cleaning for my 5 night stay but they do provide enough towels etc for your stay.

Clean.
Hotel was Filled with tourist groups from China who stormed the cafeteria and: pushed people around; splashed the free nightly soup on the floor; shouted at eachother from across the lobby; disrespected the space, staff and other guests;
