Decent hotel as expected, all rooms come with free breakfast, free amenities that you have to collect on your own, located right in front of the bus terminal. Overall a good layover hotel.

Directions to use coin laundry is in Japanese so foreigners who don’t read and understand Japanese will have a hard time. Check in was a hassle

The hotel is very well located, and the staff responds quickly through Booking, which makes a big difference. They were extremely attentive — I needed to cancel my reservation, explained my situation, and everything was handled with no extra cost. I’m very grateful for their understanding and support.

The only downside I would mention is the breakfast area. It’s a bit small for the number of guests, so people tend to bump into each other while serving themselves. Better organization would really help improve this experience. Also, if you need parking, it’s good to keep in mind that the hotel’s parking is usually full. The reception will direct you to a nearby paid parking lot — they even have a leaflet recommending it — which costs around 1,600 yen per night.

It’s right across from the bus terminal station which is super convenient! The room is quite spacious considering most rooms are small in Japan. The price is really good for what you get.

There is a strong cigarette smell in the room and the mattress is pretty hard. Also the hotel won’t be able to hold your luggage after check out.
