    ホテルは掃除が行き届きにされているし、ロケーションも駅に近くてすぐスーパーもちかくにある。 唯、２-３点できたら改善してほしい。 その一、５と６階の間エレベーターがなく階段の,。重たい荷物があると、とても大変。せめてスロープなどをつけてほしい。 第二にキャビンのすぐ近くにシャワーやコインランドがある。夜遅くとかで朝早くとかヘアドライヤーや洗濯機を使う人がいるとそこのすぐのキャビンはおそらくいい迷惑になると思う。せめてそれらを利用時間帯を制限すべきだと思う。 第三に、何人か無愛想なの受付のスタッフがいる。特に髪の長い若い女性スタッフ。笑顔までもないがもう少しフレンドリーに客接待してほしいものです。ちょっと年配の女性スタッフと南アジア系の男性スタッフだけがいつも笑顔で対応してくれる。

    Clean, good location and value for money. But there are 3 drawbacks needed to be improved. Firstly, there is no elevator betweeen the 5th and 6th floor. If you get a room on 5th floor and have a big heavy luggages, you will be very exhausted to bring it to your room. Secondly, the shower rooms and coin laundry room are close to cabins. And there is no restriction of time of day to use washing machines and hair driers. So if you get a cabin next to or near those facilities., you won't get good sleep. It can be imprived just only to restrict a time zone for using washers and hair driers. Thirdly, some stuffs are not so friendly, particularly the young lady with long hair. Only the middle-aged lady and the south-asian guy that are friendly and correspond with guests with smiles.

    Great location, right next to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There isn't much space, so it's best to check in with light luggage only. The sleeping capsules were cleverly designed, but they're only secured with a curtain, and the bed is quite hard since the mattress is very thin. Additionally, there's a 500 yen fee charged after check-out to store your luggage. It's also a bit pricey for a capsule hotel in Matsumoto. In other cities I got a whole hotel room for a similar price
