    Hotel was a few minutes walk from the station. Plenty of food options within walking distance. They provide free shuttle bus services to the station as well which was a bonus. Would stay here again

    Located right in the heart of Matsumoto, the service here is outstanding. You can easily walk to all the local attractions without needing public transport. Super convenient! The breakfast is a real highlight, and they even offer a hotel shuttle service to nearby bus stations. Highly recommended!

    Based on photos and reviews, I was looking forward to staying at this hotel. But, that quickly changed once I got into my room. It wasn't terrible, but it was not clean. I kept finding hairs in different places, their was a layer of dust on multiple surfaces and I found a dead bug in a corner. I was able to stay my two nights, but only because it was two nights and the amount I paid was not cheap. Overall, the room just felt gross and I was glad to get out of there.
