We stayed here for four nights and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is located right next to Nagano Station, which made it extremely convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our luggage and belongings. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages, especially if you are traveling by train. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything was easy and convenient. Overall, a very good choice for staying in Nagano, especially for travelers who want easy access to the station and transportation.

Being right next to central train/bus terminal for Nagano, it's as convenient as it gets. The room size was spacious and clean, enough for party of three. The staff at front were friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend or use again if going to Nagano vicinity.

9.6 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026

Excellent location as it was within few minutes walk to the train stations, bus stops, modern mall, groceries, restaurants and food outlets, convenience stores, tour agencies etc. Rooms were big and very clean. Excellent hotel at a reasonable price!

6.4 / 10Average·Apr 2026

The location is excellent with direct 10s walk access to the train station and car rental stores. It works super well for people who just need to connect here for further travel to Shiga Kogen or Hakuba. However the room cleanliness left much to be desired - can’t believe there are still smoking floors these days.
