Extremely bright and peaceful. the property is part of a residence located in a strategic position due to its proximity to the main beaches in the area (Tahiti, La Cinta, Lu Impostu) and also to services such as the Tobacco Bar (150m) market (200mt) Gastronomy-restaurant (200m )
The house is accessed from the rear garden which leads directly to the lounge which overlooks the splendid veranda, the protagonist of the house, where you can spend evenings, lunches and dinners in complete tranquility. In fact, despite the fact that the villa is part of a complex of terraced villas, it enjoys absolute privacy thanks to its leading position and its view on a Mediterranean scrub hill.
The small kitchen is super-equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, citrus juicer, toaster, blender, dishes, dishes, pots.
Two bedrooms, one very large with a double bed and a single bed and a door window with direct access to the garden.
Another smaller room with a double bed or two single beds (of your choice) and 42-inch satellite TV. The bedrooms and the bathroom are equipped with mosquito nets.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
In the lounge there is another 42-inch satellite TV; the free flat WIFI Internet connection is excellent throughout the house and in the garden .
