San Teodoro: 4/6-paikkainen Huvila Lähellä La Cintan Rantaa

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The apartment is located in a great position, within a short walking distance both to the beach La Cinta and to the town centre, the neighbourhood is absolutely calm at night. The apartment itself is newly furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. A real treasure is a beautiful garden where you can dine or relax under grown-up pine trees. The owner is really helpful and the communication was excellent! Simply to be recommended!

We had a really good time in San Teodoro. The flat was lovely and the garden, too. The weather was a bit cold in October but we were given a heater richt away. We are glad we came. Thanks a lot. We will book again.

Just returned from a lovely holiday in this apartment. No complaints, all as described / pictured. We chose it because we were looking for somewhere safe for our three children to play - the youngest is only 21 months - and this apartment was ideal as there were no stairs and the beautiful, well kept garden is enclosed. The apartment itself was very clean, well maintained, attractive, and comfortable with all the necessary facilities, including an outside shower for after the beach. We enjoyed lots of family meals al fresco on the front porch, and the children made full use of the large garden to run around and play. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, and provided clear information to help us find the apartment from the airport when we arrived on the first night. She was not on site but another family member was available for part of our stay. The apartment is only a very short walk from the magnificent beach at La Cinta which we visited almost every day. There are many other beaches in the area although we were so happy at La Cinta that we only visited two of them. We took a boat excursion on the Laguna San Teodoro one evening which the children loved, although we didn't manage to see any flamingoes (but lots of other species of birds). There's a good (and very popular) restaurant on the corner just as you arrive at the beach - Taverna Del Artisti - with a small children's playground. The apartment is also a short walk from a small local supermarket (a bigger one is 3 mins away by car), and from San Teodoro town centre which has all the usual amenities, plenty of restaurants, cafes and (the children's favourite) gelato parlours. We would definitely recommend this property and hope we can come to stay again in the future.
