About this apartment rental
Large apartment in the center of San Teodoro ideal for groups of 4-6 people, with large private garden and covered veranda with barbecue, in the optimal position halfway between the town center and the beach, you can walk to both the beach and the center of the country.
The apartment is located in the basement and has 3 spacious bedrooms, large dining room with fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet, laundry.
The bedrooms are one double, one triple and one twin, the maximum number of guests allowed is 6 people. The rooms have been recently furnished in a modern/Mediterranean style, each room has a window or door that overlooks the internal courtyards of the house and shutters.
The apartment is very light and airy and is cool during the summer. The double and triple rooms can be set up as doubles by joining the beds.
In the bathroom there is a shower and bidet, while at the back there is a laundry room with washing machine and iron.
Outside the house there is a large private garden, belonging to the house, of about 135 square meters, with beautiful ornamental natural stones, flowers and flowerbeds, and a green lawn. Adjacent to the garden there is a large covered veranda of about 40 square meters, illuminated, with stone floor and coverings and table and chairs where you can eat outside. Also on the veranda there is a large fireplace / barbecue and a sink, an outdoor shower that can be used when returning from the beach.
It is possible to park the car immediately outside the garden in the private parking area. There are several free parking spaces in front of the street.
Services of the house: in the kitchen there is an oven, a microwave oven, a Nescafè coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge with freezer, a fitted kitchen with gas stove, lots of crockery and pots, tablecloths and rags, plates and glasses, cutlery. The house has its own water supply.

Marco is a great host, very helpful and available. They were super accommodating to have a proper setup for our three small children 4 and younger with the beds, even provided baby food. I would say the apartment is very child friendly, the garden gives plenty of room to play. The location is perfect, just next to the town center with plenty of restaurants and within walking distance to La Cinta beach. The only thing not great is that the apartment is sub-zero, so there is little light. In any case, you will mostly just be outside under the patio in the garden with the barbecue and outdoor sink, there is even a hot shower outdoors.

Amazing place, close to the beach and the town. We enjoyed very much the outdoor seating in the garden and the veranda. Marco is extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely love to come back!

Good sized apartment, great location about 8 mins walk from la cinta and 5 mins walk to central square.
Apartment very clean and had everything we needed.
