The apartment is quite acceptable for the standard provided. It is rather small, but big enough for one person. But hardly for two. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The bed is really good. The bathroom has got no door, and the shower is so tiny that you can hardly move in it. The garden surrounding the gated estate is really beautiful to look at with its lush mediterranean vegetation and offers a good view. The biggest advantage of this accomodation is that it is so well-situated. All places of interest are within easy walking-distance. The train station is just 2 minutes'walk away, the seafront 5 minutes, the supermarket 10 minutes, and the city centre a quarter of an hour. Besides, there are several very nice gardens and parks in the immediate vicinity. On the other hand, there is one serious inconvenience- the noise! Due to the closeness of the train station and the relatively high frequency of trains arriving and departing this constitutes a real nuisance. The same goes for the building itself which is badly soundproofed, so that you can hear the slightest movements from the neighbouring apartments. But if you are willing to put up with this and use earplugs ,you can nevertheless have a good time there.

"It says a lot that we came back here for a fortnight after two weeks in the past! The flat is small but very attractive and has all that is necessary with everything in excellent order. It also enjoys both its own small garden and the large communal garden. The owner is both very helpful and charming. The flat is superbly situated for train and bus transport and is an easy walk to the supermarket and local beaches."

Superbly located for easy walking to local supermarket or into Menton, and for very easy access to local bus and train transport. Very clean, very quiet although next to railway line and station. Logement très bien situé. Près d'une petite plage de sable, d'une supérette et à environ 20 min du centre de Menton à Pied. La frontière italienne est à moins d'un km. La proximité de la gare, juste derrière l'immeuble est plutôt un avantage car du coup les trains font moins de bruit qu'aux endroits où ils passent à vitesse normale. Et cela permet d'aller visiter Monaco, Nice... sans prendre la voiture. Studio agréable (terrasse en rez-de-jardin très sympa) et fonctionnel. Résidence très calme. Propriétaire sympa et très disponible. Location à recommander !

Meget venlig modtagelse af ejerne (Stéphanie). Studiet har de faciliteter, man har brug for. En stor fordel at man kan parkere i kælderen med lift direkte op til studiet. Ligger tæt på mindre banegård, så man behøver ikke bruge bilen. Ingen støj herfra som generer. Gåafstand til by og strand. Kan kun anbefales.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce beau studio, propre et très bien équipé. Cet hébergement est très bien situé entre mer et montagne, proche de l'Italie, de Monaco et d'autres sites ensoleillés. Les commerces, les restos, le marché sont à 15 mn à pieds si on souhaite laisser la voiture au garage. La propriétaire est accueillante et discrète. Nous recommandons sans problème cette location.
