Great location. Poor comfort.
The view over the coast and city were lovely. The beach-view is partly blocked by trees, though. The location is very central in the old part of the town. Only a stone's throw from shopping- and sightseeing opportunities, restaurants and the beach. There's a very nice and convenient restaurant downstairs, public parking across the street and a public parking garage around the corner.
Very narrow and steep stairs up to the apartment. Not recommendable for elderly or walking-impaired. It gets very hot during the day and there is no air conditioning except for a large mobile fan. It can be a challange to keep the room cooled during nights without opening the windows, in which case you'll have to deal with a lot of late-night and early-morning motor-noise from the street. Do bring ear-plugs! The sofa-bed was not very comfortable.

View from this apparemment is spectacular 😍. The location is perfect, near the beaches and at the centre of the city. It's a charming apartment in a traditional building. Be aware of the stairs to get to the apartment are very narrow it could be difficult with bagage. The kitchen is fully equipped.

La posizione e la vista sono ottime. Vicino al centro storico e al mare.
Il terzo letto (brandina pieghevole) era in pessime condizioni con doghe e materasso sfondati e gambe della rete inutilizzabili, per cui il terzo ospite avrebbe dovuto dormire per terra.

Nel complesso tutto perfetto, da rifare… anche se ripeto ho dovuto pulire l’appartamento.
Bellissima la posizione e lo spazio ben gestito, host ospitale e gentile
La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare, appena entrata ho pulito io c’erano ancora capelli e lasciti degli inquilini precedenti. La scala molto ripida e senza luce.

La posizione e la vista erano TOP! Nonostante la struttura fosse molto vecchia la doccia era sempre calda e scaricava bene l’acqua
La SCALA così ripida stretta e buia va segnalata nella spiegazione dell’alloggio, gli anziani, le donne con tacchi e sopratutto i cani non riuscirebbero a salire e scendere quella scala! Inoltre, le biancherie da letto avevano l’odore molto forte di umidità e sudore … abbiamo dormito con i nostri teli da mare…
