Accommodation was decent; the actual rating would be 7.5 Strong points: underground parking at the building, a clean and quiet residence, balcony view of the sea (port and partial city), 3–4 minutes walking distance to Menton Garavan train station, and a very spacious apartment (which we appreciated). The apartment has great potential if a bit of investment were put into a cleaning team and general upkeep. For city center 25 mins walk ( for some less - for other a lot - you decide ) . Best wishes,

Less positive aspects: my first impression upon entering the apartment was that it was clean (the sink and toilet appeared clean). However, upon closer inspection I noticed dust in the corners, on picture frames, and on lamps that hadn’t been wiped. In the bedroom, the bed linen seemed unwashed or very worn (I’m not sure)… one set of towels was discolored—so we set those aside and used our own for extra hygiene. It didn’t bother me personally, since I brought my own, but others might not do that. The apartment felt rundown . The cutlery and dishes appeared long past their prime—unclean, not degreased (in my opinion, they should have been thrown away). The coffee machine—basically a coffee maker—was unusable: the water reservoir was very filthy, so dirty that it made using it disgusting. We ended up making classic Turkish coffee in a cezve instead 😄. As for the washing machine—well, same story—it didn’t function well.

Le problème c’est la boîte à clef qui se trouve à 2,8km de l’appartement et le code du portillon qui n’est pas bon,j’ai essayé d’appeler l’agence et laisser un message personne ne m’a rappelé !!!!!

Du potentiel mais peut mieux faire.

Facilité de récupération des clés. Situation du logement avec vue sur la mer et suffisamment proche du centre ville. Place de parking privée en sous sol. Volume du logement avec cuisine séparée de la pièce à vivre.

Chute inopinée du lustre de la cuisine en verre et bris sur nos crânes. État lamentable de propreté/vétusté des matelas du couchage principal. Si les clés furent récupérées avec facilité, un quiproquo sur le changement du code du boitier a compliqué leur restitution.

Appartement bon rapport qualité prix

Très bel emplacement avec vue sur la mer, avec parking et appartement spacieux. Proche gare pour se déplacer à faible coût vers l'Italie ou autre.

L'appartement a besoin d'un rafraîchissement, que ce soit la salle de bain ou bien la cuisine et surtout retirer les rideaux vieillissants.

Ruim appartement op goede locatie

Het terrein is omheind en dus beveiligd. Je loopt vanuit complex zo naar haven, strandjes en centrum. Direct aan de boulevard bij de haven zit een hele leuke bar/restaurant met leuke mensen in de bediening

Un séjour ensoleillé, vue mer, arboré,confortable.

En léger retrait (et c’est heureux selon nous) de la vie mentonnaise, la première vue sur les parcs adjacents, puis plus loin, la mer et la vieille ville, restent un environnement très privilégié. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux, spacieux pour deux personnes. La terrasse vue mer, des le petit déjeuner, c’est pas mal …..😌 Nous nous y sommes beaucoup plus .

Quartier calme et propre de la gare Menton Garavan

Les explications pour l'accès au parking et la récupération des clés de l'appartement. Les instructions étaient fausses ou pas à jour Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché la wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas

C'est fut un super séjour avec une hôte trés réactive.

L 'appartement est trés bien situé. Ses pieces sont trés bien distribués. Il offre une belle terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et Menton.

Rien ne m'a déplu.
