The customer service was outstanding . Abdo, Hanan, and Adnan in particular were exceptional. They went above and beyond, always offering full support and making sure everything was taken care of. Truly grateful for their help

Clean and everyone was super friendly and accommodating.

Entire staff members were very friendly and helpful especially Adnan and Abdul, did not get the names of the housekeeping ladies and kitchen staff but they were quite nice, cleanliness was top notch and the food was really good.

To be honest, nothing.

Property is located is the quiet street of Medina. Which actually looks like a place from Counter strike game. Everything is in reconstruction works and in quite a mess. However, this location is good if you are planning to take excursions

Ok, I will start by points: 1. Breakfast: we were 4 people and usually had a breakfast all together, so we had the same amount of breakfast as for 2 people. When we asked for something extra, like another cup of coffee or additional items, it took around 40–50 minutes to receive it, which made the wait quite uncomfortable. Plus the whole breakfast itself was very poor. Few flatbreads, 1 egg and some jams and a bad tasting coffee. That’s it, nothing else was there. 2. Room: When we first arrived at the hotel, we were shown the room (the one in the photo I shared). The roof was sagging, and the whole place looked like an old apartment from the early 1900s. After speaking with the manager, they kindly moved us to a better room, which we appreciate. However, even the improved room didn’t feel worth the price we paid. 3. Each day we started our day from 7:30 in the morning with some construction works happening. 4. Shower: it takes you a while to adjust it. It’s either with a water from hell or from Antarctica To sum up: In general the stuff looks welcoming and polite, hut I believe they don’t understand what is a good service at this point.
