The breakfast was a good selection of breads with honey, jam, butter and cheese, an omelette, tea or coffee. The catering staff were very efficient and friendly. The reception staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The high terrace has a view of sunrise and sunset

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Fatima Zahra and Ali Zakaria were very nice, told us everything about the hotel and kept sure that everything is fantastic there. Two Fatima and Wahiba who did housekeeping were also very good as she ensured good housekeeping every team. Najat chef’s breakfast and dinner were we always miss. Omar Manager also ensured that everything is going smooth. The best things, 1) AC rooms 2) Water pool 3) Location in the mid-city. Will visit again for sure. 🫶🏻🥰❤️

Our stay at Riad Roxanne was absolutely magical. From the moment you step through the doors, you leave the bustle of Marrakech behind and enter what feels like a lush hidden oasis. The riad is breathtakingly beautiful, filled with stunning tropical plants, citrus trees and birdsong that creates such a peaceful atmosphere. We even woke up to what sounded like nightingales singing in the mornings, making it feel even more enchanting. The courtyard is every bit as beautiful as the photos, if not more. We stayed in the Casablanca Room, and it was an absolute dream. The room is beautifully designed, but the highlight was undoubtedly the gorgeous copper bathtub, which made it feel incredibly luxurious and romantic. One of the biggest surprises was the pool. Even in the middle of the summer heat, the water stayed wonderfully cool and refreshing. After exploring the Medina, there was nothing better than returning to the riad for a swim in such a tranquil setting. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Zacharia, Youssef, Ali and Fatima, who welcomed us so warmly and were always ready to help with every question or request, no matter how small. They genuinely made us feel at home. The kitchen staff also deserve special recognition,they were always so kind, friendly and welcoming, making every breakfast and meal a pleasure. Beautiful surroundings, exceptional service and genuine Moroccan hospitality made this one of the most memorable places we’ve ever stayed. We would return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend Riad Roxanne to anyone looking for a peaceful oasis in Marrakech.
