Great value studio bedroom in quiet beighborhoos

Our host, Joelle, is the best. She is so considerate, and very helpful with recommendations. Her english was not great, but so much better than our French. Her back garden is lovely, and the studio with kitchenette has everything you could want. Great value for money, comfortable, quiet room, with easy access to busses and trams to quickly get to the center of Nantes with no issues.

A lovely, friendly stay in a privately owned home a short tram ride frim Nnantes city centre

The warm welcome and hospitality of our host Joelle and her lovely little dog Tommy, if we needed anything extra for the room nothing was too much trouble.........Merci. Our ground floor room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with a good quality TV, it contained a kitchenette unit with sink so we could prepare a simple meal if desired and the bathroom / toilet was also very clean with nice hot water every day. We had an excellent nights sleep every night as the house is situated in a very quiet residential street about 2 miles north of Nantes city centre.We never heard Joelle or Tommy in her home above us so the room must have sound insulation. The house is about a ten minute walk to the nearest tram stop; Motte Rouge on the number 2 line and it is a very short distance back into Nantes centre; the Commerse stop. There is a supermarket at the end of the street if visitors wish to purchase any snacks, milk, bread etc.

There is nothing not to like about the accommodation or the owner Joelle........everything was very nice. There are very few restaurants near the house, visitors would have to take the tram back to the city centre, however, this is an easy thing to do as the tramway is excellent.

Cozy and calm Room in Nantes

The room is really comfortable, cozy and warm for cold days like these. The private bathroom is a plus, so modern and clean. The house is really cute and come with a cute tiny dog. Joelle was very attentive and every morning she told me a little bit about Nantes and what to visit. She was also very patient with my poor French. The breakfast is amazing, and as vegan it didn't miss anything. And during the breakfast you'll have a view to the garden and birdwatch at the same time. The house is 7 minutes walking from the tram station or you can just walk by the riverside to the city center. 5 minutes from the house you have a supermarket. At the room you have a small kitchen and you can cook simple meals, it's what I did. Merci pour tout!

This is a very nice and accommodating place to stay. The lovely lady who runs it goes out of her way to help you out and ensures you feel welcome. Plus the variety of homemade jams at the breakfast tables are delicious.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett 😃 Die kleine Wohnung liegt ca. 2 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Bus und Straßenbahn sind in der Nähe. Daher ist man schnell dort. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt. Eine klare Empfehlung 👍

Il est propre ,très calme, bien équipé surtout on se sent très alaise comme chez nous. Grace à Joelle notre séjour était très réussi.

Nette Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Frühstück wird in der Wohnung der Gastgeberin serviert. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Parken am Haus war sehr günstig, da der Automat wohl zur Zeit defekt ist. 0,8€ für einen Monat ;-) Guter öffentlicher Nahverkehr. Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr kommunikative Gastgeberin.

Das Frühstück war nicht sehr umfangreich. Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoß. Man kann vom Gehweg ins Zimmer schauen bei geöffnetem Fenster und bei eingeschaltetem Licht.

Joelle es un ángel

Sin duda alguna Joelle. Esa mujer es un ángel. El desayuno que sirve es casero, cuando vio que no tomaba mermelada ni mantequilla (nunca han sido de mi agrado) procedio a servirme cereales todas las mañanas para acompañar la tostada y el brioche. El primer día, me preguntó que tal había dormido, le comenté que había pasado algo de frío y esa misma noche, cuando regrese a la habitación, la cama estaba hecha con una manta extra. Y que habitación! Podría vivir ahí. No solo era espaciosa y la cama/almohadas comodíssima, sino que además, también cuenta con una mini cocina COMPLETA (desde el microondas a los fogones y toda la ultileria necesaria para cocinar). En el baño además, hay 2 albornoces y algunos utensilios que puedes usar en caso de que te hayas olvidado algo, pero lo que suma puntos a mi parecer, es que la ventana tiene persiana!! Persiana de verdad, como las españolas! Además la ubicación también es ideal por lo que no hay nada malo que pueda decir al respecto. Si alguna vez vuelvo a Nantes, definitivamente me volveré a hospedar aquí y la recomendaré a todos mis conocidos.

Sehr freundlich, entzückend, gemütlich. Ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums, aber Bus und Straßenbahn gleich ums Eck.
