Very friendly local hotel in a great location and just minutes from the centre of Nantes

Great location and a lovely room (No 5) overlooking the garden. Very friendly welcome and secure storage for my cycle in the garden. Good value breakfast and nice to sit with a coffee in the courtyard. Parking is via Meter by can be added to at any parking metre in the city to very easy to monitor or add more time ( free after 6 until the morning)

Make sure you confirm your check in times as reception is open late but arrangements can be made in advance.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay, close to the botanical gardens and the railway station.

We had a comfortable stay, slept well and had an excellent breakfast. Check-in was easy, even though we arrived very late, and the instructions we received beforehand were clear and to the point. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave good advice about things to do and see in town.

It was a challenge to find the hotel, as we arrived late and didn’t know this part of Nantes. The solution was a short Bolt ride with a helpful driver.

Nice hotel in Nantes

Breakfast was good and simple. Great location, very friendly staff.Nice

No elevators on the premises. We stayed for 3 nights based on the description given in Booking.com. But the owner didnt mention that the building does not have an elevator and we got the room in the 3rd floor with a circular staircase. Taking our big suitcases was a big challenge as we were on a long trip.

A warm welcome to this cosy family run hotel giving good value for money

A small family run bed and breakfast hotel, situated near some great small food shops near the Basilica of St Donatien and St Rogatien, the ‘enfants Nantais’. The owner and her daughter couldn’t have been more helpful, breakfast was nice and everything was clean and prettily arranged. Very good value for money.

Great place to stay, close to all the to do in Nantes and excellent value for your money.

The location and mainly the staff was great, all the information and knowledge of the places to visit, transportation, etc was great to setup our 1 night visit.

All was very nice and clean, the only thing was maybe the size of the shower, but manageable without any inconvenience.

Little hotel

Very friendly and lovely staff, very helpful.

The neighbours on the upperfloor were noisy between midgnight and 1.30 am. You could hear all the sounds. Because of the thin isolation you can hear all the steps from upstairs, toilet flash, shower, samefloor neighbour trying its best to be quiet but opening and closing doors after midnight.. No sleep before 3 am. I strongly suggest bringing earplugs.

Little gem perfectly located, close to center, Jardins des plantes, train station and public transport. Facing a grocery store and few steps away from a boulangerie with delightful viennoiseries! Breakfast served is good. Nice little garden at the back. Hostess is caring and attentive to details with a touch of humour.

I have giant kids (15 years old is 6'3" and 10 years old is 5'9") so they felt the room was a bit small for them (we had the ones at the top floor, under the roof) but the room was very comfortable, we cannot hear guests in other rooms and it is super clean.

Nice, cosy and very clean little hotel at 10 minutes walk from the castle! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It has a delightful internal courtyard where we could store our bikes! Very good value for money.

Beautiful hotel with garden.

The ground floor reception / breakfast room is very pretty and tasteful. We enjoyed the garden outside, unusual to have this amenity in the city centre. Both ladies who we met were lovely and helpful. It's an interesting walk into town (look up at the wooden sculptures above shops!) Also near the fabulous Jardin des Plantes. I would stay stay at Hotel Saint Yves again.

Our lovely triple attic room didn't have a door to the ensuite shower room, just a curtain, so there was limited privacy. Not many eating opportunities nearby.

Hôtel simple mais très agréable, très propre et confortable. Parfait pour un séjour Nantais de courte durée.

Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont plus impactées par le bruit des voitures (la dernière fois nous étions orientés derrière et c'était plus agréable). À noter: très petite salle de bain / WC. Mais très propre.

Un pur bonheur !

Un hotel familial rénové plein de charme, accueil gentil à souhait. J'ai passé un séjour douillet et top confortable. Ma chambre était très bien décorée et judicieusement aménagée. On se croirait presque dans un hotel en Belgique. Ce fut un vrai bonheur que de séjourner 4 jours dans cet hotel très bien situé, et à proximité de toutes commodités, et de restaurants. Le quartier est calme, la gare et le centre-ville pas loin. Ce sera dorénavant mon point de chute lorsque je dois séjourner Nantes...

Rien, tout était vraiment fameux, même de monter au deuxième étage, sous les mansardes, dans ce bel escalier à l'ancienne.
