Frank at Reception came in early to give us access amen we arrived. He also booked us an Airport taxi and lent us a luggage scale. He was truly amazing and made our trip perfect

Great location and friendly staff

The location of the hotel is great, very close to everything. The best is the elderly guy at the reception that works on weekends. He is super friendly and tried to fulfill every wish we had. Merci beaucoup!!

The highchair was almost broken and should be replaced. It's a little bit dangerous since it has a sharpe edge.

Great location , central yet quiet Delicious breakfast at additional cost

No carpet on the stairs which had to be redecorated although it didn’t look like it was being done . A sense that the property is being neglected. No lift to the 4th floor. No view. We had to park in an underground car park Expensive for what it is .

The reception closes mid-day so make sure you communicate your time of arrival. The staff speaks only French, though everyone is very helpful and nice.

Nice and cosy hotel with nice facilities for family stay.

The room was clean, tidy, cosy, and quiet. Breakfast was normal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was also good as it was not so far from the city center.

The breakfast could be a little bit more rich. For example, some more range of cheese, eggs and crepes could be added to the menu.

Very pleasant stay and excellent assisstance from staff.

When we arrived our car had broken down and I have to say the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We couldn't ask for nicer. The hotel had lovely character and was quite comfortable except for lack of air conditioning in the room.

The breakfast was basic and there was no air conditioning in our room.
