The hot water in the shower is on a 15 minute timer. The rooms are beautiful, well set up, and the house is old, full of character, and absolutely stunning. The place took my breath away. Everything is clean, the owner is very friendly and accommodating, and the beds are firm and comfortable. The rooms are also very secure. 10/10, would stay again.

Was welcomed by Mai who gave me my key and showed me around the shared areas.
The house was very tired but clean.
It was on a very steep hill but that’s Dunedin.
All hills.
Found out there was a bus stop just the house.
