No cons for me 😀

The location as I was visiting my daughter who is in her first year at uni. It was 3 minutes to her hostel and 3 mins to town and easy parking. I had my daughter over for a home cooked meal and she ended up inviting 5 of her friends and we had a lovely 3 course meal out on the lovely deck table with candles overlooking the harbour. The poor owners thought we were having a party, but once the saw the nice meal and the sweet girls and watched us tidy up, they were very gracious and welcoming. It's a lovely place to stay and great wifi and tv and kitchen.

Nothing really - it had everything I needed, but it was hard to catch the owner some days as I left before they came at 9:30-12:00 - would be great to have a change machine for the dryer as it takes 1$ coins and I only really used my cards. But facilities were great!

The old character house was in a great location- especially for views. It had been done up suitably to keep clean for guests. Quiet and private spaces- but a lovely shared lounge and large kitchen. Nice outdoor picnic table and seats (over view). Contactless entry was well organised & when I had to call someone when I couldn't open the front door when I arrived, there was kind help on the other end, immediately. It was a ten minute drive to St Clair Beach. It is very close to the centre of town. Great parking space.

The TV needed some updates so it wasn't possible to use easily. I went to go out for an early morning walk (5.45am) the alarms went off- I felt bad for the other guests and went back to my room until 6am, by which time they didn't go off when I went out. The driveway is very steep- I would not be so sure about driving up it in the winter.
