    Excellent location walking distance to cafe's and bars. Room service meal was excellent and great value for money. I would have like to have liked a microwave in the room to reheat what I could not eat at the time. Room was warm , clean and tidy. I would recommend.

    Great place to stay. Comfortable bed. Remember to say you want a carpark. I didn't and parked on the street.

    Upon check-in, we were assigned the incorrect room type. Because we booked through a third party, the front desk staff were (at first) reluctant to rectify the error and move us to the room we had actually paid for. An upgrade was offered, but at a cost, which we declined. The bed was super comfy and the room spacious, but not overly clean - we found used contact lenses beside the bed and grubby marks on the bathroom wall. Our booking included breakfast, which was an even bigger disappointment. We arrived at 9am to find most buffet items empty. These were eventually replenished, but the service was frustratingly slow. A 4-star hotel shouldn't make guests fight for the room they booked or hunt down clean plates at breakfast. On the upside, the location is great for a one night stay.
