The location is perfect! It is so close to everything and kind of tucked away from the main street, so not a lot of noise. Good sized lockers. Really liked that each bed had its own power socket and lamp. Decent beds with sheets provided. Only two bathrooms on my floor with shower and toilet in one room, but I never experienced waiting around.
Small but sufficient kitchen facilities.
All in all, it is a great location and works if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep in between exploring the city.
The door to the building was locked with code access but each room is not locked.
The power went out three times in the two nights that I stayed there. Staff got it back on in a reasonable time but unfortunately, one of the times was while I was in the shower and so I was standing in the shower in the dark.
Reception door constantly had a 'closed' sign on it even during their 'open hours'.
Signs up with a Whatsapp contact number for anything you needed but got no answer to a phone call and when I messaged, I got a reply 24 hours after I had already checked out.

It was cleaned, the location was amazing.
Didn’t have towel and the receptionist wasn’t there we couldn’t talk to anybody to ask

Toilet managed clean.
Only one toilet for the whole floor with over ten ppl living. No lock for room and floor entry.
